The CLE will cover:

Identity fraud and omission of family member issues
Recent Burmese call-in letters issued by USCIS
Investigation and enforcement of suspected fraud
Denaturalization issues relating to fraud
Local issues
Identifying consequences and legal strategies

1.0 CLE Credit will be applied for.

This is a free CLE series and brown bag. VLN will provide beverages.
