Micaela Schuneman, Attorney-at-Law and Director of Refugee Services, International Institute

The CLE will cover:

  • Identity fraud and omission of family member issues
  • Recent Burmese call-in letters issued by USCIS
  • Investigation and enforcement of suspected fraud
  • Denaturalization issues relating to fraud
  • Local issues
  • Identifying consequences and legal strategies

1.0 CLE Credit will be applied for. 

This is a free CLE series and brown bag. VLN will provide beverages.
